Classic Silicone Watch Band Owners Guide

Here are some important information that will ensure your watch band continues to look and perform well for you!

What you receive

Your band comes with 3 pieces.

1 "buckle-end" piece
2 "strap" pieces, of different lengths. You will only need to use 1 of these: the piece which best fits your wrist.

Metal piece should be on the bottom of the watch

Important: Please remember to attach the band to your watch, with the metal middle piece on the under-side of the watch. When the adapter is properly inserted into the groove you should hear a soft click as the watch locks onto the band. If you put it the wrong way around or the band does not "click" in, the band is probably not attached correctly and your watch may fall off!

We recommend you double-check that the band is correctly installed before wearing it.

How to clean your Classic Silicone watch band

All watch bands will get dirty over time. Dust, food, sweat, lotions and more can affect the look of your watch band. How often a band needs to be cleaned will depend on your situation, but we recommend cleaning as necessary but at least once every 2 weeks.

For this watch band:

Wipe the band clean with a nonabrasive, lint-free cloth. It is OK to lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water. If necessary, this band may be washed under running water. Do not use any type of soap as chemicals can affect the look and longevity of the silicone material.
If you used water to clean, we recommend you leave the band to air dry thoroughly. If in a rush, you can dry the band with a different nonabrasive, lint-free cloth.
As this watch band is typically worn for exercise, we recommend cleaning after every workout to avoid sweat buildup.

Special Care Instructions

While this band can be used for swimming, please be aware that this band contains stainless steel parts (buckle and adapter). Although stainless steel is extremely durable, it can be damaged by exposure to chlorine – especially when submerged for an extended period of time, and repeatedly, in chlorinated water. Chlorine affects stainless steel because it breaks down what is known as the 'passive film' on the surface of stainless steel. Please make sure you thoroughly clean your watch band immediately after swimming to maximize its lifespan.

Glow-in-the-dark features can be "charged" with indoor lighting (ok), direct sunlight (better) or UV/black-light (best). Glow intensity and duration will vary depending on the level of charge and ambient lighting.
